# FarmWallet Terms of Service (Draft)

- Users must safeguard certificate credentials and related secrets.

FarmWallet may rely on third-party providers (for example Cloudflare, R2, AWS SES, hosting).
Availability and performance can be affected by those providers.

You agree not to:

- Use FarmWallet for unlawful activity

FarmWallet software, branding, and service components are protected by applicable law.
